AID Atlanta, Inc. has been saving and transforming lives since its inception in 1982. The agency is the Southeast’s oldest, largest, and most comprehensive AIDS Service Organization.
Today, AID Atlanta offers a broad range of services and has grown to be the most comprehensive AIDS service organization in the Southeast. AID Atlanta currently offers HIV/AIDS prevention and care services, including (but not limited to) Primary Care, HIV/STD Screening, PrEP, Community HIV Prevention Programs, Linkage Services, Case Management, and a state-wide Information Hotline.

As a member of the national nursing management team, the Nurse Manager, is responsible for integrating and projecting Aid Atlanta’s mission and core values of the organization. Within the duties, the Nurse Manager, is responsible for satisfactory patient/customer service by monitoring patient timelines, evaluating and improving the quality of patient care in the Healthcare Centers, as well as, providing input on programs and nursing practices. The Nurse Manager oversees internal relevant medical nursing operations systems, ensures that staff reviews nursing policies and procedures and supports Quality Management Programs.
AID Atlanta values a nursing environment that is collaborative and education is promoted and achieved. By being a team player, through good interpersonal relations and communication with staff, the Nurse Manager will help enhance patient care and clinical practice. Collaborate with other nurse managers and senior nursing staff to implement strategic measures allowing better functioning HCCs.
The Nurse Manager adds consistent value to the Healthcare Center Team by balancing effective and efficient nursing care and working relationships with other clinical disciplines.
Bilingual in Spanish and other languages a plus.
